The registration process for the APRICOT 2027 Summit has officially commenced for the event scheduled to run from February 24 to March 4, 2027, in Hong Kong SAR, China. Widely recognized for its technical program and role in connecting Internet leaders across the Asia Pacific region and globally, the summit aims to share insights on current and emerging trends in Internet operations. APNIC has invited members and the broader Internet community to participate, highlighting that all registrations and payments finalized by November 15, 2026, will qualify for early bird pricing.

The fee structure is tiered based on the registration date. During the early bird period ending November 15, 2026, the cost is USD 300 for either the APRICOT MasterClass or APNIC Academy training, and USD 300 for the conference itself. From November 16, 2026, through February 6, 2027, standard rates apply: APNIC and APNOG members pay USD 300 for training and USD 350 for the conference, while non-members face fees of USD 400 and USD 500 respectively. Registrations made from February 7, 2027, incur last-minute rates of USD 350 (training) and USD 490 (conference) for members, rising to USD 500 and USD 700 for others.

APNIC Members continue to receive a 30% discount on the standard conference registration rate. This benefit, which began with APRICOT 2026, results in savings of USD 150 during the standard period and USD 210 at the last-minute rate compared to non-member fees. APNOG members are eligible for the same discounted rates as APNIC members. Additionally, the Opening and Closing Social events are free for all paid in-person delegates, subject to venue capacity, while the APRICOT Peering Social is complimentary for Peering Forum participants.

The event schedule includes the APRICOT MasterClasses and APNIC Academy Training from February 24 to 26 at the Hong Kong Productivity Council headquarters in Kowloon. These in-person sessions often sell out before the registration deadline of February 12, 2027. The remainder of the summit will be held at the Hopewell Hotel in Wan Chai, featuring partner meetings on February 27 and 28, the main conference from March 1 to 3, and the APNIC Annual General Meeting (AGM) on March 4. AGM registration is free, with on-site sign-up opening at 09:00 UTC+8 on the day of the meeting.

The Call for Presentations remains open until January 25, 2027, though organizers note that most speaking slots fill well before this deadline. APRICOT 2027 is jointly hosted by the Hong Kong Network Operators Group (HKNOG) and the Hong Kong Internet Exchange (HKIX), with support from APNOG and various sponsors. The nine-day summit encompasses technical training, tutorials, conference sessions, the Peering Forum, birds-of-a-feather meetings, and other forums dedicated to sharing knowledge required for operating the Internet within the Asia Pacific region.
